Buying or selling a home does cost money. A question I get frequently is about…
I’m teaching another first-time buyers class! If you fit into this category, I hope you’ll be able to join me and Anette Sieverson from Pacific Residential Mortgage on August 10 from 2-4 in the afternoon.
This class is very low-key. It’s designed to introduce you to the process of buying your first home, how it’s supposed to work and how it sometimes doesn’t fit the mold. We’ll be talking about how to get your ducks in a row, what roadblocks to look out for and how to consult the right team to make your first real estate transaction a smooth one. I’ll share case studies and we’ll answer your specific questions.
This time, I’ll be joined by Anette Sieverson of Pacific Residential Mortgage. She’ll be on hand to answer lending questions, which was a special request of the attendees of the last course I offered. She’ll also be providing pizza and beer for all of us!
You can register using the widget below or visit the Eventbrite link directly to reserve some (totally free!) tickets. We are limiting the number of tickets to 25, so be sure to get on the list early!
